How often should I be working out?
Everyone is different, but we recommend working out 3-5 times a week. Remember, you always get what you put in. Exercising and working out is not only good to become toned and build muscle, but it is good for your heart, lungs, your joints and even your mind.
What are the best things to eat before and after a workout?
Everyone knows the importance of staying hydrated, but you also want foods rich in potassium like bananas and yogurt. After you work out, you’ll want to replenish your electrolytes, drink lots of water, and eat healthy fats, such as avocados or flax seeds.
What should my nutrition look like?
Stay away from the processed and refined foods as much as you possibly can. Limit your sugar, dairy, anything with flour (carbs) and salt. Keeping tabs on your nutrition is the most important thing you can do to keep a healthy body and mind. Everyone enjoys treats now and then, so when you achieve your ideal body, we recommend following the 90/10 rule, which is to practice healthy eating at least 90% of the time.
Can I really improve those areas of my body that
have always been an issue for me?
Like all great things, nothing happens overnight. It will take time and dedication. But everyday you wait or procrastinate, you are moving further away from you goals. Your body is not determined by your genes, you don’t have ‘big bones’. With time, diet and exercise you can have whatever body you desire.
